These terms govern your use of Binaav's websites, applications, and services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the terms below.
01Who we are
Binaav ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Binaav Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India. Our services include the Binaav website, the dashboard, and all tools for building, publishing, and managing websites, along with related features we may offer from time to time.

02Using Binaav
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, to use Binaav. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Don't use Binaav for anything illegal or abusive.
- Don't send unsolicited messages through our platform. Spam violates both our rules and local telecom regulations.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
03Your content
Anything you upload, including images, copy, project content, and visitor inquiries, remains yours. We only process it to provide the service you signed up for. We will never sell your content or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
04Messaging
Email delivery (such as inquiry notifications and account emails) is provided through licensed third-party partners. Where additional messaging channels are offered, we enforce consent and opt-out requirements in line with applicable regulations. Accounts that generate high complaint rates may be suspended.
05Payments & refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude GST where applicable. You can cancel anytime; paid plans continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of the first paid invoice.
- Messaging credits are non-refundable once consumed.
- Annual plans can be downgraded at the next renewal.
06Liability
Binaav is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
